What is the order you recommend to play between the online mode and the main story?
I like the story but I don’t want to get spoiled playing the game in the wrong way

Just do both of them at the same time. I don’t believe there are parts of either section that will spoil the other.

Once you unlock online content I’d say use up your tickets there and keep on top of them while progressing through the islands story. Once you complete the champion league then focus almost entirely on online content. The episodes past the champion league are fine to begin with but very quickly become very challenging for a new player so when you hit a wall just forget about them for a while.
As long as you’ve done the champion league there aren’t really any story spoilers you get anywhere by doing things in the “wrong order”. However, you may find a few references to some bits from the online story in the “other stories” section of the online content or in limited-time story events that come out occasionally.
