Hey, Iā€™m also a Neo monster player as like you guys. Today when I opened the game in the morning and went on exploring online section it said downloading some stuffs. Underneath it was mentioned that the downloading content was of 39mb. After 5-6 minutes it was frozen at the same label. Then I thought I would uninstall and reinstall it and by the transfer code I can easily log-in. After reinstallation when I tried opening by transfer code along with the safe code. Then after some seconds it said restoration failed either due to poor internet connection or invalid safe code. But I swear it was correct. Now I canā€™t open my gameā€¦.. If you donā€™t remember friend id then donā€™t worry. Give other details they ask which includes last login day and device last used, Hero rankā€¦etc ---

Sure !!! In game name KAYURUMI Hero rank 172 Last login - I donā€™t know exactly but itā€™s somewhere between 12th or 11th February. I would like to mention that when I didnā€™t have a safe code (the safe code feature was available but Iā€™ve never created one) back then the restorations were so quick and effective. But months later I somehow thought it would be an extra protection to my progressā€¦ Unfortunately after setting up my safe code I just canā€™t restore the progress (itā€™s my 1st attempt to login via a safe code, Iā€™ve never used the safe code before) I think thereā€™s something glitchy about the safe codeā€¦. Plz brother tell me what should I do šŸ™ Thank you btw for your reply. Your message made me feel betterā€¦ šŸ˜”šŸ™ ---

Fortunately my restoration is complete nowā€¦. I was on the verge of losing hope and tried restoring it for the last time then all of a sudden it said restoration completeā€¦. But now the files arenā€™t downloadingā€¦ But Iā€™ll find a way outā€¦. Or plz suggest me some tips. But I am happy that I found my accountā€¦ā€¦.. Thanks for your support guys, especially ā€˜Tanjiroā€™ā€¦.. ---
