Hello, i wnt to know why My neo monster id has been banned…My online name is kikiyuki…i think i dont do anything wrong or cheat in this game…tq ---

Hai,i woke up this morning then i see my id has been baned too… Whats wrong? I didnt do anything wong/cheat… Even in several times…i buy the gems… it doesnt make sense…!!! I spend the money…i play fair…but then i get banned…!! Please explain…bring me back to the game…!! My id: Orion ---

Idem. My account is banned (old974)… But why??? I have only reinstall game…and lost 51 liv…ok restart, but why Ban??? ---
