# Is there a reason they have implemented close to zero account safety/security features?

Like there’s no link / change transfer code, or anything. If someone somehow gets your code, they have it for life… I’ve actually literally never seen any modern day service that has ‘accounts’ in general without anything at all to give an account some security, and I’m not trying to bash… just being honest. Is there a reason for this?

Because it’s an old system. Ever played fate/grand order? It has the exact same system and neo most probably just copied it

It has both a resettable code and password:

" \* Each Code and Password can be only used **once** ; after using your transfer code, you will have to create a new code and password every time you transfer your account. However, you can always create a new code with a new password even if you already have an existing unused code (ex. if you forget the password of one of your codes)."
