monsters go to sleep while poisoned and dont wake up after taking damage for the first time&nbsp;

so here what happend

i have a full team poisoned and my opponent had 1 sleeper and a&nbsp;dreamhunt&nbsp;since all my monsters are poisoned sleep should not work but it did and then he killed my monster with the&nbsp;dreamhunt. my monster also did take poison damage and not wake up&nbsp;
