Cant evolve scarabian? Says I am missing materials....

As title says game keeps saying I am missing materials for evolution of scarabian. Is there any requirement like the chain horns need to have full stats? Thank you! (Also if I’m told this is a bug and not that I an doing something wrong I will contact zigzag for support at that point in time.)
