We already checked those users. Their accounts look fine as well as their hero rank.
That’s why we guess this may be a display issue, or a new type of cheat that does nothing.

The real question is how did he send me a friend request if I didn’t play with him in PvP and I never shared my friend ID? XD

Actually they can send you a friend request if you always online, and they do a quest and their friends are all offline, if you pop up in their support team they can choose your monster, and use it and then they can add you.
