So I just bought the 7.99 gem pack and never got my gems is this happening to anyone else

Yikes!!! I bought that when I first got the game a few days ago and they appeared instantly.

What’s your connection like? If you lost Internet or wifi for a second it could have not appeared. Contact Neo monsters on Facebook or Twitter and let them know
