Hey all,

It’s been a long time since I’ve played this game and because of that I no longer have my old file. There is t a way for me to get the recovery code because it was on an old phone.

Is there some other way to recover my account or am I doomed to starting over?

Emailing support is the way to do it. I hope you hear back from them soon
