# Account are Getting Banned For No Reason

Please investigate what is happening. I kept reading complaints about their accounts getting banned wihout them doing anything. I thought that they must be lying however, just this afternoon, I opened my account and a message popped up saying that my account was banned. Okay, I paid the app directly from google play, did not use any mods, did not use any cheats but I was banned. Now, I contacted the developer through facebook and they said that my banning was confirmed. I tried to ask what it is I violated but they did not answer. So, WHAT IS HAPPENING???

You can try to appeal through the email procedure. this thread will be locked when a mod sees it btw. they saw a reason to ban you… perhaps you have gameplayer installed on your device if you are using android? you know using a restore code after you cheated makes no difference either.
Either way try and appeal. if you fail to appeal they will tell you the reason why.

They announced it… In a couple of hours should be done and you will have to update the app.

Read announcements at the top of forum pages. If you genuinely believe you should not have been banned then contact them directly via the email provided in the announcement.
